Residential Master, Hall Bath & Powder Room Remodel

Master Bathroom, Guest and Hall Bathrooms

Designer Notes: This project quickly became one of our favorites not only were the clients awesome to work with but the finished bathroom remodels really suited their personalities and style. I feel blessed to work with such great people. Over the past two years working on their projects with covid thrown in we have covered a lot of territory and spent a great deal of time together. I'm fortunate that I get to do what I were born to do while really helping and getting to know my clients. Sometimes we are lucky enough to develop lasting friendships along the way. This is one of those times!

These clients wanted to take on three bathroom renovations; the master bathroom was the first, leaving the hall bathroom as their primary. We created a plan to maximize the design potential. Enlarging the shower and adding frameless glass doors. Removing their unwanted soaker tub and adding a sit down vanity area in it's place. Adding elements to lighten up the room with recessed lighting, LED wall sconces and opaque glass paneled doors on the water closet and master bathroom entrance to add natural light. Selecting exquisite tiles to create a luxurious spa feel and over all creating a casual elegant design.

The Hall Bathroom was also completely remodeled, removing everything including the old tub, vanity and water closet door & frame. We implemented a light grey monochromatic color scheme in the tile, flooring and vanity and paint color. We designed the textured subway tile to encompass the shower/bath area and vanity back wall all the way to the ceiling. We added a touch of whimsical elegance in the oval adjustable mirrors to give it a unique touch. To add visual height, we placed our LED Lighting fixtures over each mirror. The accessories are in brush nickel. Love the softness of this design.

The Powder Room, the clients want to add a "Wow Wall" to this space and we agree! We found the perfect wallcovering to create a focal wall and add a little bling. It accented the meditative blue hue that we added to the family room area design. (family room pictures to come) We custom sized the vanity and sink design to create the perfect fit. I didn't want to hide the wallpaper but I wanted to add the tallest vanity mirror I could while staying with in our design, finish and the width of the vanity. The lighting was the final touch. It really catches your eye when you walk by. Wow factor achieved!
