We offer a complimentary initial consultation at the location of your project, whether it is your home, office or commercial property. This meeting allows us to understand your vision, evaluate your space and begin developing a clear path forward. During your consultation, we will discuss your ideas, lifestyle needs, design goals, take photographs/ measurements as needed, assess the scope of work and determine the best plan of action, including project direction, investment considerations and the next steps to bring your vision to life. We like to call this a “marriage of the minds” — a collaborative partnership where your ideas, our expertise and thoughtful design solutions come together to create a space that is uniquely yours. At Elements of Design International, relationships matter. We believe the foundation of exceptional design is built on trust, communication and understanding. We listen, we ask questions and we take the time to truly understand how you want your space to look, feel and function. Once you decide to move forward, our design process begins with a professional retainer that allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to develop a comprehensive design plan: Residential Design Retainer: $1,500 Commercial Design Retainer: $3,000 Your investment includes a minimum of 10 hours of dedicated research, planning and design development to create a complete design concept tailored specifically to your project. Your design plan may include: Space planning and functional layouts Color schemes and design direction Furniture and product selections Finish and material recommendations Lighting concepts Custom design elements Budget considerations and project planning Coordination recommendations to help bring your vision to completion Before making final purchasing decisions or moving forward with implementation, you will have a clear design direction and detailed pricing to confidently make the right choices for your space.
